Afric McGlinchey

Afric McGlinchey is a freelance writer for newspapers and magazines. Her areas of interest include book reviews, features, colour pieces and interviews. 

She also offers an editorial service, facilitates creative writing and poetry workshops and is a reader for the international Fish Short Story Competition. She has written four works of non-fiction and a novel. Please see the Books page for further details. 

Afric was the recipient of a fellowship from the Faber Academy in Dublin, where she recently completed a poetry course. She is currently working towards a collection of poetry.
